All products are subject to availability, while stocks last.
The photographs showing Copper Beach products and the written descriptions of them, along with approximate sizes provide a reasonable explanation of each item. Most of these products are individually hand made so slight changes may occur and the finished article cannot be expected to be identical to a photo of a similar product.
Copper Beach is not VAT registered so VAT is not charged on our products.
Returns
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days after receipt of any goods you order to cancel the order and return the goods to us. This is an unconditional right that you have. This does not however apply to any goods made to your specification which includes any personalised items you have ordered.
If, within that seven day period, you do decide you no longer want the goods you have received and you wish to return them to us you are liable for the postage back to us. When we receive the goods back, as long as they are still in the condition they were in when they were sent out to you, we will send you a refund for the goods.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with goods you receive from us we ask that you post them back to us with a receipt for the postage and we will replace the goods or refund your money, including postage costs.
